These Terms & Conditions explain how ORCLOID software products and services may be used. When you purchase, download, install, or use any product from ORCLOID, you are entering into a legal agreement with us. Please read this page carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website, software, or services.

ORCLOID Products

ORCLOID software may include source code, templates, files, designs, documentation, and related digital materials. Together, these are referred to as the “Software Product.”

By accessing or using any Software Product, you agree to follow these terms as well as any additional guidelines published on our website. ORCLOID may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the software means you accept the latest version.

Ownership & Rights

All ORCLOID products remain the property of ORCLOID at all times.

  • You are granted permission to use the software, not ownership of it
  • All design elements, code, files, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws
  • Copyright notices and branding must remain intact
  • You may not claim exclusive ownership, even if the software has been modified.

License Scope

Each purchase allows you to use the software on one website or domain only.

You may:

  • Install the software on a single server or domain
  • Keep backup copies for safety

You may not:

  • Use one license on multiple projects
  • Remove ORCLOID credits or copyright notices
  • Share, resell, or distribute the software

If these rules are violated, ORCLOID may suspend or cancel the license without refund.

Restrictions on Use

You are not allowed to:

  • Sell, rent, or sublicense the software
  • Attempt to bypass licensing or security systems
  • Reverse engineer or modify protected components
  • Use the software for illegal or harmful activities

Any misuse may lead to immediate termination of access.

Support & Assistance

ORCLOID may offer support services such as installation help, updates, or technical guidance.

  • Support is provided as a service, not a guarantee
  • Any files or code shared during support remain part of the original software
  • Technical details you share may be used internally to improve our services
  • Personal identity information is never used for unrelated purposes.

Refund Policy

Before purchasing, we strongly advise reviewing the demo, documentation, and system requirements.

Because ORCLOID software is delivered digitally:

  • All purchases are final
  • Refunds are not available after delivery
  • Installation fees and service charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will not be issued due to misunderstanding features or compatibility issues.

Delivery & Installation

  • Software delivery usually happens within 15 - 90 business days depending on requirements.
  • Installation services, if selected, may take up to 2 business days
  • Delays may occur if server details are incomplete or incompatible
  • ORCLOID is not responsible for hosting or server-related issues.

Security Responsibility

Once the software is delivered and source files are shared, control of the system rests with you.

ORCLOID cannot be held responsible for:

  • Website hacks or malware after handover
  • Third-party plugin or API vulnerabilities
  • Data loss caused by server misconfiguration
  • Ongoing maintenance and security updates are the user’s responsibility.

Warranty Disclaimer

ORCLOID software is provided “as is.”

We do not promise that:

  • The software will work with every third-party tool
  • All features will function without interruption
  • Errors or compatibility issues will never occur
  • You use the software at your own discretion and risk.

Browser Compatibility

Our products are designed to work with modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. While we aim for consistency, some features may behave differently depending on browser updates or standards.

Limitation of Liability

ORCLOID is not responsible for indirect losses such as:

  • Revenue loss
  • Business interruption
  • Data or information loss

If any liability arises, it will not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Termination

ORCLOID may end this agreement if these terms are violated.

In such cases:

  • All usage rights stop immediately
  • All software copies must be removed
  • No refunds will be issued

Governing Law & Agreement Scope

These Terms represent the full agreement between you and ORCLOID. Any discussions or agreements outside this document are not legally binding.

The agreement will be governed by applicable laws.
